• Unfortunately due to high turnover of stock, we cannot guarantee a exchange but the item can be returned back to us for store credit in which you can make your new purchase.
  • We do not offer payment refunds, unless the items are faulty or damaged. We urge our customers to select carefully as we do not offer refunds on change of mind items or ordering the wrong size.
  • SALE items or items purchased with a flash sale code or discounts automatically applied at checkout or items that are "clearance" cannot be returned, exchanged or credited. Please note SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.  Pre-order purchases fall in line with our standard returns policy.
  • We do not accept returns on previously credited items. 
  • We will not process refunds on After Pay processed payments.
  • Curve reserves the right to deny a return, if it does not meet our returns policy or was not authorised via email prior to receipt. The items must be received in original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and no smell of perfume/deodorant, no makeup stains. Please take due care when trying on your order.
  • Online purchases can only be returned via post, to our postal address. We recommend returning the parcel using a registered postal service as we will not be responsible for lost or undelivered returns.

If any item is faulty or significantly different than described, please contact customerservice@curveonline.com.au to arrange return as above. If the item is deemed to have a manufacturing fault, a repair or replacement can be issued first. A refund will be issued if we cannot repair or replace the item, or in otherwise approved circumstances.

Return postage of items with manufacturing faults will be reimbursed upon receipt and inspection.

Curve reserves the right to inspect the garment, in cases deemed necessary, if reported as faulty before issuing either credit or refund. Allowing an additional 21 days to be sent to our supplier.


Your store credit will be processed within 5 business days once your item has been returned to our Australian returns address and checked.

Store credit can only be used once so please choose carefully. If you require an exchange for a size we will credit you with store credit for the amount you purchased the item for so you can then purchase the correct size if available.

All store credits or refunds for any type of return will be issued once received at our Australian returns address with relevant paperwork.
