What payment methods can I use to place an order?
Mastercard, VISA, AMEX and paypal.
When will my card be charged?
Your card will be charged immediately after check out, you will then receive an order confirmation to confirm that your order has been received.

Where is my order?
When your goods have been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email that will provide the details and the location of your order.
Can I collect my item in-store?
No sorry. We no longer have a store front, Curve is only online.
Can I return a sale item?
Unfortunately we do not offer a refund on sale items, so please ensure you are happy with your chosen item(s) before purchasing
I have returned an item to you, have you received it?
You will be notified by email once we have received any return or exchange.
Is my order insured?
All orders are shipped and registered with Australia Post, please see their terms and conditions.
SHIPPING
What is the shipping fee?
Free shipping for all orders over $200. Domestic shipping is $15 for orders under $200.
What countries do you ship to?
At this stage we are only shipping domestically, this may change. Please email us at customerservice@curveonline.com.au regarding any items that interest you and we'll do our best to assist you.
